Job summary

Tradeweb Technology seeks an Applications Support specialist to become familiar with our processes, applications and systems. You will handle support requests, differentiate issues, and respond accurately to internal business teams.

Role requires SQL Server proficiency, strong communication and a methodical approach to problem solving. The position is fully remote with occasional Jersey City collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in an Application Support role.
• Good working knowledge of SQL Server Stored Procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Inquisitive with excellent investigative skills.
• Methodical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with department processes, applications and systems.
• Handle customer-facing support requests related to products and systems.
• Differentiate between expected behavior, bugs and user error.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to the business.
• Protect sensitive data and information.
• Work with the team on enhancements, bug fixes, issue tracking and code releases.
• Own the support role and help develop a self-service approach.
