Job summary

ATR Inc is seeking a Software Support Engineer to provide client-facing technical support, including issue diagnosis, logging, and escalation. The role involves installations, testing, and collaboration with Dev/SQA to resolve complex problems while delivering professional service in a remote environment.

You will work with .NET-based applications, REST APIs, and Azure, supporting on-premises and SaaS deployments, and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or 2–3 years industry experience.
• Experience in software customer service/support troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, and MS SQL Server is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Software Support to clients via phone and email, logging issues and creating root cause analyses.
• Installations and upgrades for client environments, with post-install checks.
• Diagnose issues, develop technical solutions, and contribute to product documentation.
