Job summary

Ranpak is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead and support customer‑specific applications in our Pack Space Excellence Department. You will translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions and coordinate cross‑functional efforts for deployment of Ranpak systems.

In this role you will prepare proposals, ROI analyses, and executive level presentations, while collaborating with Sales and Engineering to drive revenue growth and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with sales experience.
5+ years in application engineering in manufacturing/automation setting.
Strong customer orientation and ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical contact during sales and implementation.
Translate customer needs into effective packaging solutions with Sales Manager.
Prepare proposals with layouts, cost estimates, and ROI calculations.
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
Develop executive dashboards to communicate application status and sales metrics.
