Job summary

Ranpak Corp. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to lead customer-specific applications in the Pack Space Excellence Department.

You will translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure successful deployment and integration of Ranpak systems. You will support the sales team with technical insights during meetings, trainings, and trade shows, and prepare proposals with layouts, costs, and ROI calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in application engineering or related field.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during sales and implementation.
• Translate customer needs into effective packaging solutions with Sales Manager.
• Support the sales team with technical insights in meetings, trainings, and trade shows.
• Prepare and present solution proposals including layouts, cost estimates, and ROI.
• Lead customer application projects ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to define scope and deliverables.
• Drive innovations and coordinate with stakeholders on requirements and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deploy customized solutions and capture learnings.
