Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of software testing experience with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of automation testing experience.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring junior members.
• Experience interpreting requirements and writing test artifacts.
• Knowledge of test management, automation toolsets and processes.
• Knowledge of performance testing cadence.

Responsibilities

• Play a strategic role in the overall design and implementation of the quality assurance program.
• Lead the development of overall test strategy, test environment design, and test data.
• Provide leadership in selection, training, mentoring, and evaluations of testing team members.
• Plan, execute, and report on software development and maintenance testing.
• Review and provide recommendations regarding test documentation.
• Develop test plans and procedures based on specifications and data in requirements documents.
• Develop and implement data collection plans and provide operator training.
• Review Test Incident Reports for accuracy and completeness.
