Groundswell, a premier technology integrator, is seeking an experienced Appian Test Engineering Lead to drive QA strategy for government-facing web applications. You will design test plans, lead automation efforts with Playwright and Selenium, and mentor a testing team across remote or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities include developing test environments, data collection plans, and coordinating with developers, analysts, and managers to ensure quality releases.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 5+ years of software testing experience with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of automation testing experience.
• Experience leading a testing team.
• Knowledge of test management and performance testing.
• Proficient with Playwright and Selenium.

Responsabilidades

• Play a strategic role in the design and implementation of the QA program.
• Lead the test strategy, environment design, and test data development.
• Mentor and evaluate testing team members.
• Plan, execute, and report on software development and maintenance testing.
• Review test documentation and provide recommendations.
• Develop test plans and procedures from requirements.
• Coordinate data collection plans and training for operators.
• Review data collection forms and logs for accuracy.
