Groundswell is seeking an experienced Appian Test Engineering Lead to drive the QA strategy for web-based applications. You will lead test planning, environment design, and data strategy while mentoring a testing team and collaborating with developers, analysts, and managers.

Required are 5+ years in software testing, 2+ years of automation testing, and proficiency with Playwright and Selenium. This role supports remote and/or hybrid work for a U.S.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of software testing experience with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of automation testing experience.
• Experience leading a testing team and mentoring junior members.
• Knowledge of test management, automation toolsets and processes.
• Proficiency with test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium).
• Ability to work independently in remote/hybrid teams and obtain security clearances.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the overall QA program design and strategy.
• Lead test strategy, test environment design, and test data.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations of testing staff.
• Plan, execute, and report on software development and maintenance testing.
• Review test documentation and develop tests and procedures from requirements.
• Collaborate with testing groups and communicate upgrades, downtimes, and issues.
• Escalate bugs appropriately and ensure quality process adherence.
