Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle for assigned products, with expertise in low-code/no-code platforms, primarily Appian. This fully remote role requires experience across strategy, prioritization, and cross‑functional leadership within the US.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and operations, drive agile practices, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value while maintaining clear KPI definitions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of development on the Appian platform.
• Certified Appian Lead Developer.
• Experience managing a product through all SDLC stages.
• Strong ability to communicate with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full SDLC for assigned product(s).
• Facilitate strategy and prioritization discussions.
• Translate high-level vision into detailed action plans.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap aligned with customer needs and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA, and operations.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure cross‑functional communication to remove blockers.
• Partner with data teams to analyze usage and define KPIs.
• Apply Agile practices to improve velocity and execution.
• Coordinate discovery and gather clear requirements with teams.
• Manage multiple projects with risk and status reporting.
