GovCIO seeks a Technical Product Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle for assigned products, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms for the VA Office of Connected Care. This is a fully remote position within the United States.

You will build and maintain the product roadmap, work with engineering, data, QA and operations, and champion agile practices to deliver value to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years experience developing on the Appian platform.
• Certified Appian Lead Developer.
• Experience managing product requirements through testing and release cycles.
• Strong presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Proficiency with Jira and agile tooling.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full software development lifecycle for assigned product(s).
• Facilitate strategy and prioritization discussions with stakeholders.
• Transform high-level vision into detailed action plans and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• Drive agile ceremonies and improve team velocity.
