GovCIO seeks a Technical Product Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle for assigned products, with deep Appian platform experience. This fully remote US-based role requires coordinating strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, QA, and operations.

You will drive agile practices, manage multiple projects, and partner with data teams to optimize KPIs and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience.
• 5+ years developing on the Appian platform.
• Certified Appian Lead Developer.
• Managing a product from requirements through production release.
• Excellent presentation skills for executive leadership.
• Strong in Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
• Bachelor's and ideally a master’s and/or applicable certifications (PMP, ITIL, SAFe).

Responsabilités

• Manage the full software development lifecycle for assigned product(s).
• Facilitate strategy and prioritization discussions.
• Transform high-level vision into detailed action plans.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap with stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and operations.
• Lead and/or support sprint planning and reviews with dev teams.
• Ensure cross-functional communication to remove blockers and track progress.
• Partner with data teams to analyze usage and define KPIs.
• Foster agile best practices and improve team velocity.
• Coordinate discovery and establish clear requirements.
• Manage multiple projects including risk, training, and reporting.
• Lead dynamic meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Advise clients on solution options to meet objectives.
• Work with strategic partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate efforts across teams with clear communication.
