Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle for assigned products, with expertise in a low-code/no-code environment (Appian). This fully remote role is within the United States and requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

The candidate should have 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years on Appian, and strong Agile project management, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus commensurate experience; 12+ years preferred.
• 5+ years experience developing on the Appian platform.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full software development lifecycle for assigned product(s).
• Lead strategy and prioritization discussions; transform vision into action plans.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap aligned with customer needs, feasibility, and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and operations to ensure quality and delivery.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews with development teams.
