Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement complex automation bridging Appian low-code with PeopleSoft ERP.

The role involves analyzing business needs, mapping processes, and translating requirements into specs for development teams, enabling users to interact with PeopleSoft data within Appian interfaces. Remote work is available for eligible states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience (v24.x+).
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of BPMN and process improvement.
• Experience on Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
• Ability to write clear requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Appian Certified Analyst certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Analyze and document business processes using BPMN standards.
• Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities using Appian capabilities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers on workflows, data models, and interfaces.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Assist in creating test cases and supporting UAT.
• Ensure solutions meet business expectations and standards.
• Ensure alignment with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
• Run workshops to drive clarity and consensus on requirements.
• Produce process maps, user stories, specs, and technical guides with governance.
