You’ll work with business users and technical teams to analyze problems, create data extracts and reports, track production issues, and support system upgrades

Qualifications

• 8+ years of application or production support experience.
• Strong SQL, UNIX, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with complex, multi-module applications and root-cause analysis.
• ITIL knowledge and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support, including nights and weekends, on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective solutions
• Create data extracts, reports, and analyses for business needs.
• Track production issues and help maintain application reliability
• Support system upgrades while assisting and mentoring junior team members
