Job summary

Aryeo is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success for Media API customers, including Aryeo Lite and integration partners requiring technical support.

You will bridge Customer Success, Implementation, and Technical Solutions, guiding integrations from kickoff to launch, driving adoption, retention, and product improvements while creating scalable playbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or technical account management.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and API workflows.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for Media API customers, from kickoff through go-live.
• Translate business requirements into effective API workflows and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Own a portfolio of API customers and serve as primary contact throughout lifecycle.
• Monitor API usage and adoption to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct periodic reviews to align on goals and performance.
• Represent voice of API customers to Product and Engineering.
• Create onboarding docs, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide technical escalation support for CS and Onboarding teams.
• Enable internal teams via API training and best practices.
