Job summary

SuiteOp in New York City is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own onboarding from contract to go-live, guiding customers through configuration, training, and launch.

You will build deep product expertise, create AI-assisted onboarding plans and content, and surface structured feedback to the Engineering team. You’ll collaborate with the CS leadership to iterate on repeatable processes that scale with our growing customer base.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in SaaS onboarding or customer success roles.
• Experience guiding customers through technical setup.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with AI tools to draft, summarize, and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from contract to go-live for new customers.
• Lead onboarding calls: kickoff, configuration, training, and launch.
• Build product expertise and guide customers on best practices.
• Create onboarding project plans, checklists, and timelines using AI tools.
• Capture customer insights and surface structured feedback for Engineering.
• Collaborate with CS Lead to improve onboarding processes and documentation.
• Develop onboarding content (guides, templates) using AI.
• Monitor health signals and remove blockers.
• Ensure customers are onboarded confidently and prepared for success.
