Job summary

Apiiro is seeking a Customer Success leader to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will drive adoption and value realization by linking Apiiro's capabilities to each customer's security outcomes, lead executive business reviews with CISOs and AppSec leaders, and partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years in Customer Success or related roles in security.
Familiar with SDLC and developer tooling.
Ability to discuss with both engineers and executives.
Track record of enterprise account retention and expansion.
Experience with AppSec tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end.
Drive adoption and value realization by mapping capabilities to security outcomes.
Lead executive business reviews with CISOs and AppSec leaders.
Partner with Sales to identify and develop expansion opportunities.
Be the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, Leadership.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering on complex questions and deployments.
Identify account risk and design action plans to mitigate churn.
