Job summary

Avantpage, Inc. is seeking a technically grounded, client-focused Customer Solutions Engineer to guide customers through the technical side of their journey, from discovery and solution recommendations through onboarding and go-live.

You will bridge many internal teams—Business Development, Client Services, Operations, Product, Development and Technical Support—translating needs into precise technical requirements and coordinating the right stakeholders to deliver a successful integration.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions consulting or technical implementation with client-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, data formats, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read simple code or scripts and write a basic script in at least one language.
• Experience translating business needs into clear documentation and workflows.
• Ability to learn product deeply to recommend configurations or integration paths.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and guidance with customers, and suggest best-fit integration approaches.
• Own the technical workstream from discovery through setup, validation and go-live.
• Coordinate with Product, Development, Technical Support and other teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Capture requirements, data flows, and acceptance criteria for internal teams to execute.
