Job summary

Archilogic is seeking a remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value delivery for large account customers across the Americas. You will configure customer workflows, drive live usage, and align product outcomes with renewal and expansion opportunities.

You will combine customer success with hands-on technical work, including scripting, API integrations, and basic dashboards, while collaborating with engineering to address deeper needs.

Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise customer success outcomes.
• Hands-on technical ability with SQL or API integrations.
• Ability to train users and communicate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise onboarding and adoption end to end: configure each customer's account around their workflows and drive usage.
• Run implementations: discovery, data model, go-live, and follow-through.
• Teach and enable users: train facility managers and IT until the product is embedded in workflows.
• Be the trusted face for renewals and expansions and coordinate with engineering for deeper work.
• Make the data model fit customer operations and build or adapt extensions with our SDK.
