Upvest is hiring an Integration Success engineer to support clients through API integration and post-launch activities. You will develop learning materials and run workshops to help teams integrate with the API, while monitoring API usage and providing timely incident reports.

You will emphasize documentation, examples, and a client-centric perspective to improve the overall onboarding and ongoing experience.

Qualifications

• Solid background in software maintenance, with API integration and support experience.
• Strong communication skills for internal teams and external clients.
• Commitment to clear, accurate documentation and tutorials.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through API integration and post-launch.
• Conduct workshops to assist client integration with the API.
• Monitor API and Webhooks usage and proactively address anomalies.
• Check integration quality with joint testing sessions and client collaboration.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Contribute to quarterly priorities to improve scalability and proactiveness of Integration Success.
