Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains such as software, cloud, or security.
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for apps/infrastructures.
• 8+ years in IT development or consulting in software/internet.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years experience.
• Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL) and ETL tools.
• Hands-on API integration design (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions for onboarding requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with new service providers to define solution requirements and align processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business development to translate feedback into technical requirements.
• Drive API integration development and testing, guiding best practices for connectivity and data flow.
• Create documentation, reference architectures, and enablement materials for the broader team.
• Build automation solutions leveraging generative AI to streamline onboarding from account creation to live operations.
