Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II to deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims. You will onboard partners to the API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth integration with digital and agency channels.

You will work with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to translate business needs into technical requirements, author API mappings and specs, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a sophisticated system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA and other IT partners as needed.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements with BRM/BRMC and BSA.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent, efficient processes.
• Identify interdependencies and ensure seamless integration across domains.
• Lead delivery of projects within set timelines.
• Create API mappings and API specs; maintain documentation.
• Maintain relationships with key partners to support the API ecosystem.
• Provide SME knowledge about applications and platforms to business partners.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness created by others.
