CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role in the United States. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, coordinate with PMs, developers, and QA, and create comprehensive SOPs to improve IT processes.

You will also document data flows and APIs, provide SME guidance, participate in testing activities (UAT) and training, and analyze data to support project outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to capture and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Create and maintain SOPs to ensure process consistency.
• Document data flows, systems mappings and APIs; ensure traceability.
• Provide SME guidance and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support testing activities including UAT and user training.
• Analyze data and contribute to progress dashboards and reports.
