Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II who will work remotely in the United States. The role emphasizes translating business needs into technical requirements, creating API specs, and maintaining detailed documentation while collaborating with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers, and QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to capture needs and translate into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Identify interdependencies across domains for seamless integration.
• Lead delivery of projects within set timelines; draft API mappings and specs.
