Job summary

Breezeway is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to own and develop the APAC market from the ground up. This fully remote role is based in Australia and offers early career ownership in a fast-growing segment of short-term rentals.

You will identify and qualify opportunities, research prospects across APAC, coordinate with the Sales team, and run online product demos. You’ll work with partners to build pipeline and raise regional awareness.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a sales role or high-energy, target-driven environment.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities across a wide region.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Apps.
• Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
• Research prospective clients across the APAC region, identify key decision makers, and generate genuine interest.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute lead strategies for the market.
• Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars.
• Work with channel and distribution partners to build pipeline and market awareness.
