Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Ramp.
• Strong command of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Meet).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable process and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain vendor records and support month-end close activities.
• Code, approve, and document invoices per policy; schedule payments per terms.
• Reconcile AP aging and monitor outstanding payables.
• Assist in audits and internal control documentation; support external auditors.
