Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounts payable experience.
• 3+ years overseeing a global procure to pay process.
• 3+ years managing a team of 8+ members.
• Understanding NACHA and modern ACH rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global Procure to Pay process for the US and Canada, ensuring timely payments and effective vendor management.
• Improve the corporate cash conversion cycle by increasing Days Payable Outstanding.
• Lead AP and Employee Expense teams, providing support and guidance.
• Develop education and training for travel and expense policies.
• Create metrics and reports to track AP performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance/Accounting to identify gaps and automate processes.
• Support month-end close accrual and AP reconciliation.
• Assist during audits by providing required documentation.
