Qualifications

• Strong accounts payable background with vendor management, invoice processing, payment reconciliation and controls.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis and data management.
• Experience using data to support decisions and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee accounts payable operations, including domestic and international vendor payments.
• Manage core AP processes for accuracy, timeliness, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Serve as SME for AP processes, supporting audits, escalations and special projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements and workflow efficiencies.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain internal controls, audits, and company policy compliance.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge on best practices and process expertise.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology and other stakeholders to drive solutions and achieve objectives.
