Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a dedicated Manager, Accounts Payable to oversee end-to-end AP operations for a remote US-based role. You will manage invoice processing, payments, vendor reconciliations, and close activities while guiding an AP team toward accuracy and efficiency.

You will partner with Procurement, Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A to support monthly closes, ensure internal controls, and implement process improvements across the AP function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Experience supervising AP teams and SOX/compliance exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP operations including invoice processing and payments.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of AP transactions per policy.
• Lead, coach, and supervise AP staff; allocate work and monitor performance.
• Support SOX controls, audits, and documentation; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and FP&A for month-end close.
