The position requires collaboration with internal departments, field teams, and vendors across multiple companies to resolve discrepancies, answer questions, and maintain timely payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience processing AP transactions across multiple companies.

Responsibilities

• Review, receive, and enter corporate invoices for payment following AP procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, field divisions, and vendors to resolve AP questions and discrepancies.
• Process daily and weekly manual check requests and one-time vendor payments.
• Prepare account-status reports and support special projects.
• Assist with financial system testing and process improvements.
