Array, a financial innovation platform, is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage daily AP activities, process payments, and maintain accurate records as the company grows. You will partner with the Accounting team to resolve discrepancies and improve efficiency in a remote-friendly environment.

The role requires 1+ year in AP or bookkeeping, attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Experience processing and keying invoices.
• Experience with an AP system (Ramp preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, independent working style with the ability to learn quickly and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Enter vendor invoices into Ramp, including proper coding and routing for approvals.
• Coordinate with employees and vendors to collect documentation and address payment inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits and accounting requests.
