HealthLink Dimensions, LLC is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day financial operations. You will manage the full AP and AR cycles and perform bank reconciliations, while serving as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external clients and vendors.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general office software.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts payable (AP) process, including invoice entry and payment processing.
• Handle full accounts receivable (AR) cycle, invoicing and client follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients and vendors.
