TalentBridge is partnering with an established organization to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst. This role offers a primarily remote work arrangement with occasional onsite requirements in Ballantyne, NC, and supports full-cycle AP across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at collaborating with internal teams and vendors. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred, with strong Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP, invoicing, vendor management, payments and reconciliations.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable activities, processing invoices and preparing payments.
• Code and enter vendor invoices into ERP with correct GL classifications.
• Monitor terms, resolve discrepancies and maximize vendor discounts.
• Reconcile AP balances, system reports, and vendor statements.
• Review corporate card transactions for accurate postings.
• Prepare AP aging reports and weekly cash forecasts.
• Coordinate vendor payments and related documentation.
• Research and resolve invoice issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support month-end/year-end close and internal audits.
• Assist with training new AP team members and process improvements.
