Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to close the gap between new products or acquisitions and our existing data, models, and reporting. This role sits in the Data & Analytics area and operates horizontally across Go-To-Market, Finance, Product, and other functions, driving clarity and accountability in data ownership.

You will be the DRI for translating business events into data solutions, aligning metrics, and establishing governance to ensure consistent, actionable insights across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• You can join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Given a reporting issue, you know not to default to a data-only answer.
• Ability to adapt communication for executives and operational teams.
• Experience ensuring data and reporting keep up after an acquisition or product launch.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution when a non-routine event doesn’t fit current tracking or reporting.
• M&A integration: fit acquired products and customers into reporting models.
• New product launch: align success metrics with data models and reporting.
• Keep execution moving: manage cross-team handoffs and close gaps.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council and drive resolution of key measures.
• Know the business: map GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions to data work.
