Job summary

Cribl, the AI-era data observability platform, seeks an Analytics Business Partner to close the gap between product events and our reporting. You’ll translate new products, acquisitions, and go-to-market moves into consistent data models that drive value across finance, product, and GTM.

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within Cribl's Business Operations, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives, establish dashboards, and stand up the BI council to ensure alignment and timely decision

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Able to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Not default to a "data-only" answer—assess if the problem is data, process, or data model misalignment.
• Strong communication to executives and operational teams to drive solutions.
• Experience ensuring data and reporting keep up after an acquisition or new product launch.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine business events, aligning data and reporting.
• M&A integration: fit acquired products/customers into reporting models post-deal close.
• New product launch: align success metrics and reporting post-launch.
• Keep execution moving across Data, Analytics, and adjacent teams; orchestrate handoffs and close gaps.
• Stand up and run the Business Intelligence Council for cross-functional alignment.
• Know the business: engage the right people across GTM, Finance, Product to scoping data work.
