Job summary
Ladders seeks an Analytics & Reporting Lead - Technology, Data & Analytics to shape enterprise analytics and reporting capabilities for a leader in energy and utilities. This hands-on leadership role drives scalable reporting, modern data pipelines, and practical insights for business stakeholders.
You will lead a team, partner with technical teams and offshore collaborators to translate business needs into reliable analytics outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field.
- 7+ years in reporting and analytics.
- 5+ years with SAP Business Objects and Tableau.
- 5+ years with analytics apps including SAP HANA, SAC and SAP BW.
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement analytics tools and standard reporting solutions using a cloud-based analytics platform.
- Lead analytics team to develop reporting and analytics solutions.
- Build data pipelines to the data lake and data warehouse.
- Analyze business requirements and propose technology solutions.
- Design, develop, and support reporting and analytics solutions.
- Advise QA on test plans and automation.
- Provide training to internal teams on integration solutions.
