Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• 10-12+ years leading enterprise strategy, portfolio management, or business transformation.
• Proven success in developing and executing enterprise strategies across multiple functions.
• Experience advising executives and facilitating strategic planning processes.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management, analytics, governance, and AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Identify and advance enterprise capabilities for data products and analytics maturity.
• Lead strategic planning for data initiatives, including business case development and investment recommendations.
• Establish measurable outcomes and KPIs to evaluate progress and inform investment decisions.
• Drive organizational adoption through stakeholder engagement and change-management activities.
• Partner with executives to translate organizational priorities into data capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging trends in data and technology to recommend adjustments to enterprise strategy.
