Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis preferred.
• Eight years of related experience, including four years in an insurance-related field and four years in statistical analysis.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management information systems and their functionality.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of data analysts, overseeing project assignments and workflow
• Develop complex reports, including OSHA reporting for specific clients
• Create data reports for forecasting and benchmarking for senior management
• Communicate data findings directly to senior management and clients
• Analyze company or client-specific information needs and provide feedback
• Offer technical oversight and guidance to analysts in multiple field offices
• Provide training and education on data analysis for colleagues
