Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Products Data Analyst to lead the development of governed product master data and the analytics framework that supports commercial decision-making. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and senior commercial leaders to translate data into KPIs, fact packs, and insights shaping performance.

As the scope expands, you will help build and guide a commercial analytics team while supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
5–10+ years in commercial or sales analytics, data science, or master data management.
Strong command of master data management concepts (MDM).
Proven ability to define and defend calculation methodologies to Finance and leaders.
Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools; PowerBI experience.

Responsibilities

Establish governed source of product master data, including hierarchy and attributes.
Translate data into product KPIs aligned with ELT strategy.
Create a fact pack linking analyses to KPIs and EBITDA impact.
Track transformation initiatives and link to EBITDA impact.
Own product master data governance interfacing with Finance and operations.
Design KPIs to drive behavioral change and accountability.
Recommend analyses to identify growth opportunities.
