Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Lead for Technology, Data & Analytics. This role will define analytics tools for SAP, lead an analytics team, and build data pipelines to our data lake and data warehouse.

You will oversee SAP reporting and analytics design, development, and deployment, coordinating onshore and offshore teams and training stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 7 years in reporting and analytics, with 5 years in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical field followed by 7 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
Experience must include 5 years' experience with SAP Business Objects, Tableau.
Experience with SAP Analytics Applications: SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, SAC, and SAP BW.
Proven ability to lead standardized methodologies and best practices across SAP Analytics applications.

Responsibilities

Define and implement analytics tools for SAP, including Standard Reporting, Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, and SAP Business Objects.
Lead an analytics team to develop and design best in class analytics solutions to support the business.
Build pipelines to our data lake / data warehouse.
Lead SAP reporting and analytics design, development, implementation, training and support.
Coordinate onshore/offshore SAP reporting teams and review test plans and automation.
