Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC seeks an Analytics & Reporting Lead - Technology, Data & Analytics to own and drive SAP reporting and analytics initiatives. You will lead an analytics team, design and implement SAP reporting solutions, and build data pipelines to our data lake and data warehouse.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP Business Objects, Tableau, SAP HANA, BW, SAC, and SQL, with a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field with 7 years of experience.
• 5 years in SAP reporting/analytics tools including SAP Business Objects, Tableau.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Applications: SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, SAC, and SAP BW.
• Data analysis, SQL, data warehousing concepts.
• Lead standardized methodologies across SAP Analytics applications and similar platforms like SAP Business Objects, SAP HANA, SAP BW.
• Tableau for data integration, modeling and reporting.
• Experience with SAP modules like OTC, PTP, RTR.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement analytics tools for SAP, including Standard Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Lead an analytics team onshore and offshore.
• Build pipelines to our data lake/ data warehouse.
• Document requirements and design training and support materials.
• Provide training to internal teams on integration solutions and SAP reporting.
