Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Enterprise Reporting & Analytics Lead to build and enhance enterprise reporting, BI, and analytics capabilities. You will partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities, translate needs into actionable solutions, and establish scalable governance and standards for data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics or BI or enterprise reporting.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Reporting & Analytics Lead to build and enhance enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and analytics capabilities. This role will partner with business leaders to identify high-value analytics opportunities, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and establish scalable processes, governance, and standards to drive data-informed decision-making and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, performance metrics, and reporting needs.
• Lead discovery sessions to define business problems, gather requirements, prioritize use cases, and establish measurable outcomes.
• Develop and execute the roadmap for enterprise reporting, business intelligence, self-service analytics, and decision support.
• Establish reporting and analytics operating models, governance standards, delivery processes, and best practices.
• Drive the development and adoption of dashboards, KPI frameworks, standardized reports, and analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate, consolidate, modernize, or retire redundant reporting.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and actionable analytics solutions.
• Establish business ownership, data validation processes, and accountability for analytics products.
• Monitor adoption, measure business value, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, enterprise reporting, or related roles.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, business performance metrics, reporting governance, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing analytics initiatives, stakeholder relationships, requirements prioritization, and solution delivery.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience establishing or scaling enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, self-service BI, and modern data platforms.
• Experience with analytics adoption, process improvement, and legacy reporting modernization.
