You will lead a team, partner with technical teams and offshore collaborators to translate business needs into reliable analytics outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field.
• 7+ years in reporting and analytics.
• 5+ years with SAP Business Objects and Tableau.
• 5+ years with analytics apps including SAP HANA, SAC and SAP BW.
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement analytics tools and standard reporting solutions using a cloud-based analytics platform.
• Lead analytics team to develop reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build data pipelines to the data lake and data warehouse.
• Analyze business requirements and propose technology solutions.

• Advise QA on test plans and automation.

For our client, we are seeking a Analytics & Reporting Lead - Technology, Data & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will shape enterprise analytics and reporting capabilities that support technology and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead a team focused on delivering scalable reporting solutions, modern data pipelines, and practical insights for business stakeholders. The position partners closely with technical teams, QA, and offshore collaborators to translate business needs into reliable analytics outcomes. It is a hands-on leadership role with strong visibility into data architecture, reporting standards, and solution delivery.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $173,000 – $262,000 annually
