The role collaborates with Strategy and Finance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, offering significant exposure to executive leadership and opportunities to automate reporting across systems.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or strategic finance.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for executive and Board meetings.
• Own data analysis behind key company metrics.
• Translate complex performance data into executive-ready insights.
• Develop recurring reports on revenue, margin, and other key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
• Pull and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Create repeatable processes for automated reporting.
