Job summary

Ford Motor Company’s Integrated Services Analytics team seeks a seasoned Product Manager to lead analytics and AI products, partnering with business units to drive data-driven decisions. You will own strategy and key workstreams in a remote-friendly environment.

As a hands-on leader, you will mentor data scientists, shape dashboards, and deliver MVPs while ensuring governance, reliability and an exceptional user experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years in data, BI, reporting and data science.
• 3+ years in data visualizations for stakeholders.
• 4+ years in Project or Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the product vision with business partners.
• Own analytics roadmap and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead data scientists and analysts on dashboards and data strategy.
• Ensure key metrics and L1 reporting across leadership.
• Drive adoption of analytic solutions across teams.
