Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Integrated Services Analytics Product Manager to lead analytics and AI product strategy, development and delivery. You will own a data and visualization platform empowering Ford’s Integrated Services with insights and reporting to drive business value.

You’ll guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with partners and deliver measurable outcomes while leveraging generative AI through a governance framework and data strategy across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• 5+ years in data, BI, reporting and data science roles.
• 3+ years designing data visualizations for stakeholders.
• 4+ years in project or product management with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years with event-driven architectures and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development and delivery of analytics and AI products.
• Own the analytics roadmap and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead data scientists and analysts to define metrics and dashboards.
• Ensure availability of key metrics for leadership reporting and decision making.
