Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an Integrated Services Analytics Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and delivery of analytics and AI platforms. You will build a data and visualization hub that empowers the FIS organization with insights, reporting and advanced analytics to drive the business forward.

You'll guide cross‑functional teams, own the analytics roadmap, ensure data governance and deliver MVPs with a strong focus on user experience and storytelling with data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or similar data‑driven field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in roles encompassing data, business intelligence, reporting and data science.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and building compelling data visualizations.
• 4+ years of Project or Product Management experience that includes:
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize effectively and adapt to changing needs to deliver results under pressure and time constraints.
• Strong Ford OS behaviors – Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to mentor others and navigate complex decision making, Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers and business partners.
• 2+ years of experience with Event‑driven architectures; Domain‑Driven Design; Public Cloud (Google Cloud – BigQuery, Looker, VertexAI); Cloud‑Native architectures; Application Programming Interfaces; and Serverless, Kubernetes for model deployment and scaling.
