Job summary
Ford Motor Company seeks an Integrated Services Analytics Product Manager to lead strategy, development and delivery of analytics, AI products and platforms, empowering the FIS organization with actionable insights and dashboards. You will guide cross-functional teams and own critical workstreams, delivering a premier data ecosystem for daily operations.
Although remote, commuting distance to a Ford hub may require onsite presence four or more days per week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or similar data-driven field or equivalent.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in roles encompassing data, business intelligence, reporting and data science.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and building compelling data visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the product vision with business partners aligned to digital transformation goals.
- Own the analytics roadmap and deliver actionable insights to leadership and business teams.
- Lead data scientists and analysts to design dashboards and data strategy across IS businesses.
- Ensure availability of key metrics and KPIs for leadership reporting and decision making.
- Drive adoption of analytic solutions among leadership and operations teams.
