Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Integrated Services Analytics Product Manager to lead strategy, development and delivery of analytics and AI platforms. You will empower Ford Integrated Services with actionable insights, dashboards and governance, collaborating with partners across the business.

This remote role may require onsite presence four days a week for commuting candidates. You will guide cross‑functional teams, define roadmaps, and measure success to drive the subscriptions business and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or similar data‑driven field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in data, BI, reporting and data science.
• 3 years of data visualization design for stakeholders.
• 4 years in Project or Product Management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision aligned with Ford’s digital transformation goals.
• Lead development of analytics and AI solutions for the Integrated Services ecosystem.
• Own analytics roadmap and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across product, software, data engineering and design.
• Drive adoption of analytics solutions among leadership, finance and operations.
• Deliver high‑quality user experiences using Data storytelling and Design Thinking principles.
