Job summary

You will build a data and visualization platform empowering the FIS team with actionable insights and dashboards, while guiding key partners and securing continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a data-driven field.
• 5+ years in data, BI, reporting or data science.
• 3+ years building data visualizations for stakeholders.
• 4+ years in Project or Product Management.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for analytics and AI platforms.
• Lead development and delivery of data dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into features.
• Prioritize MVPs and roadmaps with data-driven input.
• Drive adoption of analytic solutions across the organization.
• Ensure governance, monitoring, and SLAs for analytics platforms.
• Leverage AI to enhance insights and business value.
• Provide mentorship to analytics and product teams.
