Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Integrated Services Analytics Product Manager to lead analytics and AI product strategy, delivering a data and visualization platform for the FIS organization. You will own dashboards, metrics, and governance, guiding a team of data scientists and engineers to drive business insights.

This remote role may require onsite days near Ford hubs. You’ll collaborate with business partners and senior leadership to prioritize features and ensure delivery of high‑impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• 5+ years in data, business intelligence, reporting and data science.
• 3+ years designing and building compelling data visualizations for stakeholders.
• 4+ years of Project or Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the product vision with business partners.
• Define the analytics and AI product roadmap for IS analytics.
• Lead cross-functional teams across digital product, software engineering, design, and data engineering.
• Deliver dashboards and KPIs for leadership reporting and decision making.
• Drive adoption of analytic solutions across Ford leadership, finance, and operations teams.
• Ensure governance, monitoring, SLAs and data quality across the ecosystem.
